As a coach, I facilitate a series of confidential one on one conversations to help you reflect on who you are, how others see you and the system in which you operate, as well as helping you to take practical steps to ensure your progress. There is a strong body of evidence on the effectiveness and return on investment of coaching. A recent review of over 160 quantitative independent coaching outcome studies not only found mounting evidence that coaching works but also that coaching is better researched than adjacent fields such as training, consultancy and management development programmes.
